Head of Taxation

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Taxation to lead our corporate tax function. This role will be responsible for developing and executing tax strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and managing tax risks across our global operations. You will oversee all aspects of corporate taxation, including income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tax landscape within the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage all federal, state, and international tax compliance and reporting.
- Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation.
- Provide tax advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
- Lead and mentor the tax department team.
