Head of Treasury

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Treasury to lead our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, cash flow, capital structure, and financial risk. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and treasury best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash management, working capital, and funding.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and debt covenants.
• Oversee foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate treasury or a related finance role.
• Proven experience in cash management, debt financing, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the consumer, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus.
