Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of User Experience (UX) to lead our UX strategy and design efforts. This role is crucial in shaping the user-centricity of our digital products and services, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences for our global clientele. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing UX team, driving innovation, and collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evangelize the overall UX vision and strategy for Infosys' digital offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, researchers, and content strategists.
- Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of UX designs.
- Establish and maintain UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and methodologies, and integrate them into our practices.
