Head - Operations (1-3 Yrs Exp) - Ahmedabad

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head - Operations to join our Ahmedabad facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the textile and apparel sector, and holding a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree. The Head - Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day operational functions, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and sales, to achieve business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior operations staff.
- Manage inventory and resource allocation effectively.
