Head - Operations

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and optimize our operational functions. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across all operational aspects of our software product business. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including product delivery, customer support, and internal processes.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation effectively.
