Head - Operations

Role Summary: The Head - Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the recruitment and staffing business. This includes managing service delivery, ensuring operational efficiency, driving process improvements, and leading the operations team to achieve strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale operations within the HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and lead the operations team, including recruitment coordinators, account managers, and support staff.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and payroll management.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on operational performance.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service from external partners.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
