Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes within the clinical research industry and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational functions, including project management, site operations, and administrative support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, local regulations) and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize operational costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
