Head - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Program Management to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex programs within our Facility Management Services division. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale programs, a deep understanding of the facility management landscape, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
