Head - Program Management

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Program Management to lead and oversee a portfolio of critical programs within our dynamic Telecom/ISP organization. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the telecom industry, a proven track record in program leadership, and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing program management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.

- Create and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating as necessary to senior leadership.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular program updates and reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance related to program deliverables.
