Head - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Program Management to lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic programs within our Events and Live Entertainment division. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across various teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, a deep understanding of the events industry, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies and frameworks for the Events and Live Entertainment portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program managers and project leads.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Technology) and external partners/vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Report on program status, progress, and key performance indicators to executive leadership.
