This role is crucial for overseeing and driving complex program initiatives within our Industrial Equipment & Machinery division. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Monitor program progress, generate reports, and communicate key updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in program execution.
