Head - Program Management role in Water Treatment / Waste Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Program Management to lead and oversee key initiatives within our Water Treatment and Waste Management division. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Master of Design (M.Des) background and 2-3 years of experience in program management, specifically within the environmental or infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external stakeholders.

Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Utilize design thinking and user-centric approaches to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
