Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head - Program Management to drive key initiatives within our fast-paced retail startup environment in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent PhD graduate with a strong desire to apply academic rigor to real-world business challenges and gain hands-on experience in program execution and leadership within the Indian retail sector. You will be instrumental in defining, planning, and executing cross-functional programs that contribute to our growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic initiatives within the retail operations.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, technology, and supply chain, to ensure successful program execution.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track program progress against objectives, reporting findings to senior leadership.
Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes based on analytical insights and program outcomes.
