Head - Program Management - Technology (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a Diploma holder with 3-4 years of experience in program management within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and finalize technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
