Head - Program / Project

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Program/Project to lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives within Flipkart. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of key business objectives, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, stakeholder management, and driving impactful outcomes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute strategic programs and projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage and mentor project managers and program teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Track program progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management.
- Drive continuous improvement in program and project management processes.
- Report on program status, key metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership.
