Head - Program / Project

Role Summary: The Head - Program / Project will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple strategic programs and projects within the bank, ensuring successful delivery against objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of program and project management methodologies within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale, complex programs and projects.
• Define program/project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units and technology.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and governance frameworks.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Monitor program/project progress and provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in program and project management processes.
