Head - Program / Project

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - Program / Project to lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects within our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences operations in India. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple strategic programs and projects from initiation to closure.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on program status, performance, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in program and project management.
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's strategic roadmap.
