Head - Program / Project - Animation & VFX Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to lead program and project management initiatives within our Animation & VFX division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of complex project lifecycles, team leadership, and a passion for the creative technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple animation and VFX projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop and implement robust project management methodologies and best practices tailored to the unique demands of the animation and VFX pipeline.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical and creative leads to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program and project management processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions in animation and VFX.
