Head - Program / Project - Consumer Electronics & Appliances (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head - Program / Project with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in the Consumer Electronics & Appliances sector. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Tech degree and possess a strong understanding of product development lifecycles, project management methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination. This role is crucial for driving the successful execution of our product programs from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple consumer electronics product development programs.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance.

Ensure timely and high-quality product launches, adhering to all regulatory and quality standards.

Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.

Facilitate communication and problem-solving among project team members.
