Head - Program / Project Job Opportunity - BPO / Call Centre

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head - Program / Project to lead and manage critical initiatives within our BPO operations in Vishakhapatnam. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to effectively leverage legal expertise to enhance program delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of BPO programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to ensure project success.
- Apply legal and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance in all project operations, particularly concerning data privacy and client contracts.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Utilize LLM knowledge to interpret complex legal documents and advise on contractual obligations.
