Head - QA

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality assurance processes across all our internet platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly products. This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, test automation strategies, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
- Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of test automation frameworks and tools to increase efficiency and test coverage.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Establish and track key quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging QA technologies and industry trends, recommending adoption where appropriate.
