Head - QA

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team and establish robust quality control processes across all our publishing and digital product development lifecycles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and user experience for our diverse range of educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, policies, and procedures for both print and digital products.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and content accuracy testing.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, design, development, and production teams to integrate QA processes early in the product lifecycle.
• Define and track key quality metrics and KPIs, reporting on the overall quality health of products to senior management.
• Establish and maintain defect tracking and management systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends relevant to the publishing and education sectors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and guidelines.
