Head - QA

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA department. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards for our seed products and operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations. The Head of QA will drive a culture of quality throughout the organization and play a crucial role in our continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and framework.
- Oversee all aspects of the QA process, including product testing, process validation, and quality control.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs, reporting on performance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural standards, regulatory requirements, and certifications (e.g., ISO, NABL).
- Drive root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Manage vendor quality and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and supplies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
