Head - QA

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team and establish best-in-class quality processes for our rapidly growing e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall QA strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and standards across the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee all aspects of testing, including functional, performance, security, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Establish and track key QA metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Manage QA resources, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
