Head - QA (B.Tech/B.E. Required) - Indore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - QA to lead our Quality Assurance team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our products and processes, particularly within our import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to drive quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and policies for import and export goods.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Oversee the entire QA process, from raw material inspection to finished product release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales) to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage customer feedback related to product quality and drive continuous improvement.
