Head - QA Careers in Chennai

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - QA to lead our Quality Assurance initiatives at our Chennai office. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our software development lifecycles and product offerings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, managing a team of QA professionals, and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes. This position is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the investment banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust QA strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications and platforms.
- Oversee the execution of manual and automated testing, identifying and reporting defects with detailed analysis.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and business teams to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
- Implement and maintain performance, security, and usability testing methodologies.
- Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders on product quality and risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
