Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Head - Quality with 2-4 years of experience to oversee and implement quality assurance and control processes within our Coimbatore facility. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and a strong understanding of quality management systems in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee quality control testing and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of results.
• Manage documentation and record-keeping for all quality-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in quality management.
• Train and mentor junior quality team members.
