Head - Quality

Role Summary:
CBRE is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Quality to lead and enhance our quality management systems across all facility management operations. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Head of Quality will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance and control programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a robust quality management framework aligned with CBRE's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality across all service lines, including operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance.
* Lead quality audits (internal and external) and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
* Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization, fostering employee engagement and accountability.
* Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures for relevant teams.
* Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
* Collaborate with operational leaders to integrate quality principles into daily operations and service delivery.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in quality management and facility services.
* Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to senior management, highlighting performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, certifications (e.g., ISO 9001), and client-specific requirements.
