Head - Quality - Defence & Aerospace (Nagpur)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Quality. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all our defence and aerospace projects. As a Head - Quality with 0-1 years of experience, you will play a key role in implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of quality control activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Help in identifying quality issues and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation.
- Maintain quality records and generate reports as required.
