We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Quality. This entry-level role is designed for recent M.Com graduates eager to kickstart their career in quality assurance within the IT services industry. You will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of quality assurance strategies, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Participate in the review of project documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support the execution of quality audits and assessments.
- Document and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance methodologies.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in quality management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
- Prepare basic quality reports and metrics.
