Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Head - Quality with 2-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services, implementing robust quality assurance processes, and driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle within the emerging technologies domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Design and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback on product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance and emerging technologies.
