We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Head - R & D to join our dynamic team at Apollo Hospitals in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong M.Pharma background and 1-3 years of experience in research and development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. The Head - R & D will be instrumental in driving new product development and enhancing existing research initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research and development projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct literature reviews, identify research gaps, and propose new research avenues.
- Develop and execute experimental protocols, ensuring adherence to scientific rigor and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze and interpret research data, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and healthcare technologies.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of R&D strategies.
