Head - R & D

Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Research & Development (R&D) to lead our innovation efforts within the Engineering & Construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new technologies, processes, and solutions that enhance our competitive edge, improve project efficiency, and promote sustainable practices. 7. Ensure intellectual property protection and manage patent applications.
