Role Summary:

The Head - R & D will support the senior leadership in strategic planning and execution of R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation of research proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate and organized research records and documentation.
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of new research opportunities and technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
