Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Head - R & D with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree and a keen interest in driving innovation within the water treatment and waste management sector. This role is pivotal in identifying and evaluating new research opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring their economic viability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in water and waste management.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of new R&D projects, focusing on cost-effectiveness and market potential.
- Analyze financial data and prepare business cases for new product development and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the feasibility and scalability of proposed R&D initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on R&D findings and their commercial implications for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the water treatment industry.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the R&D department, aligning research efforts with business objectives.
