Head - Recruitment

Role Summary: The Head - Recruitment will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for ONGC's operations in India. This senior leadership role will drive the talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber professionals across various functions within the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with ONGC's business goals and workforce planning needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Implement and optimize recruitment processes and technologies (ATS, AI tools) to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners (agencies, universities).
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position ONGC as an employer of choice in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
