Head - Recruitment

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function at Uflex Limited. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a strong employer brand within the packaging and containers industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and policies to meet the organization's current and future talent needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Enhance the employer brand through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
