Head - Recruitment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function for our operations in India. This role will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across all levels and functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives in the water treatment and waste management sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies for a large organization, preferably within an MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's current and future talent needs.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to attract passive and active candidates.
• Develop and manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Manage the recruitment budget effectively.
