Head - Recruitment

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head - Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts at Bajaj Finserv Limited. This role is crucial for attracting and onboarding top talent across our diverse financial services operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record in executive search and high-volume recruitment, and a deep understanding of technology-driven recruitment processes. This position requires a candidate with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 5 to 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with Bajaj Finserv's business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and enhance Bajaj Finserv's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Focus on recruiting for specialized roles within the financial services and technology domains.
