Head - Recruitment - TV / Radio (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Recruitment to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a desire to contribute to a dynamic media and entertainment organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring efficient talent acquisition for our TV/Radio operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Support in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team on talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
