Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of shared services functions including HR, Finance, IT support, and Administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality within shared services.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of shared services operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure shared services effectively support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
