Head - Shared Services

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Shared Services to lead and optimize our shared services operations. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence across various support functions within our rapidly growing travel and tourism startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Shared Services function, aligning with the company's growth objectives.

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of key shared services departments (e.g., Finance, HR, IT Support, Procurement, Customer Support Operations).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of shared services.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for the shared services function.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing shared services team.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their needs and ensure shared services are meeting expectations.
