Head - Shared Services

Role Summary: The Head of Shared Services will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of critical business support functions, including HR operations, finance operations, IT support, and administrative services. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery across the organization, supporting Cult.fit's rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for shared services to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Manage and lead teams across HR operations, finance operations, IT support, and administration.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all shared services functions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within shared services.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Manage budgets and control costs for shared services operations.

Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide effective support.

Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations for shared services.
