Head - Shared Services

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Shared Services to lead and optimize our back-office functions, including finance, HR, IT, and customer support operations. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability across the organization as we continue our growth trajectory in the Indian railway travel tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the shared services function to align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of finance, HR, IT, and customer support teams, ensuring high performance and service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage budgets for shared services departments and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of shared services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing shared services team.
- Identify and implement best practices in shared services management.
