We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Shared Services to lead our shared services operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various support functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes and a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCA graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the shared services team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of shared services functions, including but not limited to HR, IT support, finance administration, and procurement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide seamless support.
Identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption to streamline operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
