Head - Shared Services (Diploma) | Surat

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head - Shared Services to oversee and optimize our shared services functions. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations across administrative, financial, and HR support services. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of shared services functions including HR, Finance, and Administration.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor and control budgets for shared services departments, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shared services framework.
- Train and mentor the shared services team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
