Head - Shared Services - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Shared Services to oversee and optimize our shared service operations within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate domain. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes and operational management, with a Master's in Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Shared Services function, including finance, HR, IT, and procurement operations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

Oversee the performance of the shared services team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Drive technology adoption and process automation within shared services.

Prepare and manage budgets for the shared services department.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on shared services performance to senior management.
