Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Tech Support to lead our technical support operations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless and efficient technological support for our internal teams and external customers, aligning with Paytm's mission to provide accessible and reliable digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive technical support strategies and policies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Oversee the resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for technical support.
Analyze support trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback on product issues and improvements.
Manage the technical support budget and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols within the BFSI sector.
