Head - Tech Support - Content Development / Language (Surat)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Head - Tech Support with 1-2 years of experience to lead our technical support operations. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and providing timely technical assistance to our content and language teams. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our content development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tech support department.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by the content and language teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Manage and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of software applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Train junior support staff and end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
