We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Head - Tech Support to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and providing timely technical assistance to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT support principles and a proven track record in managing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tech support team, ensuring high levels of service delivery and user satisfaction.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures.
- Manage IT asset inventory and procurement processes.
- Train and mentor junior support staff.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure system stability and security.
- Proactively identify potential IT issues and implement preventive measures.
